The Way We Work
Here at Great Dunmow Baptist Church we operate a congregational church government, where the pastor and elder, supported by deacons bring matters to a regular church meeting.
Any member of the church may propose items for consideration and all members have an equal voting status. We do not claim perfection but do try to be open and honest, willing to consider all points of view. Our overall aim is to be thoroughly biblical in all of our attitudes and activities.
